Το «To the Lake» μας μεταφέρει στη Μόσχα, όπου ένας θανατηφόρος ιός εξαπλώνεται ανεξέλεγκτα, αφήνοντας πίσω του χάος. Οι ελάχιστοι επιζώντες καλούνται να αντιμετωπίσουν όχι μόνο την πανδημία, αλλά και τους κινδύνους που γεννά η ανθρώπινη απελπισία.
